Position Overview:
Do you love balloons & party decor? Are you passionate about the details? Mingle 30A is an established family owned balloon styling and event decor business servicing 30A, Destin & Panama City Beach. Everyday we provide fun & fanciful party decor, boujee balloons, and event rentals to our local customers, visitors, corporate clients and more!
We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and creative person to join our team. The main responsibility of this position will be focused on our daily event prep and balloon inflation for client events. This individual may also be responsible for our Etsy Store listings and shipments, managing our online orders and helping the occasional client in store.
No experience required. We will train the right person
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited too):
• Manage the day to day client communication and prep for our Etsy orders, online orders and client pickups.
• Inflate & prep balloons daily for delivery orders and events as needed
• Help prepare materials for large events and internal photo sessions
• Maintain and establish professional communication with clients and vendors
• Assist with content creation and social media
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must enjoy working with balloons (latex and other materials)
• Must be creative; with an ability to pull together a cohesive look
• Must be reliable and available to work as agreed upon
• Must have a “make it happen” attitude
