Obviously we’re biased…but we consider ourselves to be the “best of the best.”  We literally pioneered the balloon styling industry in our area and we are proudly celebrating our 7th year in business. We have helped over 4000+ clients decorate and celebrate and have experienced growth year over year with the help of our amazing clients. 

 

This is our full time job; it is not a side hustle or hobby. We truly create and inflate six days a week to keep your events POPPIN!

 

You should also know we are an incredibly dedicated team that works hard everyday to deliver joy to your milestone moments and celebrations. We have over 20 years of experience in the craft and party industry and we know what it takes to pull off large scale events. We really do take our job seriously; even if it is FUN most of the time!

 

We are also fully licensed, insured, registered and all that other technical stuff that matters when it needs too. 

Event installation and delivery inquiries start HERE. This gives us the information we need to check our availability based on your date, time, and location. 


We know online forms are tedious; but every inquiry goes straight to our event calendar (by date) so it is the quickest way for us to respond.

We are balloon & event decorators first and foremost. We offer a full range of balloon design and decor along with modern and trendy event rentals. 


Upon request we can also provide custom backdrop design and fabrication, graphic design services, print services and more. These items are quoted as needed per event.

In addition to becoming your new balloon bestie we also provide our clients with local recommendations and referrals. Need a local DJ? We know a guy. Need floral arrangements? We know just who to call. 


We help you successfully host the event of your dreams without EXTRA “planning fees” because it’s just what we do!

We service the following areas daily: 

 

All 30A Beach Communities: 

Santa Rosa Beach, Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Kaiya, Watersound, Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen Beach and the Topsail Beach Areas.

 

We also service these areas: 

Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Destin, Freeport, Carillon Beach, Panama City Beach (West End) and Panama City Pier Park. 

 

Unfortunately due to our local commitments we are unable to deliver to Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville, Navarre, Pensacola, Gulf Shores or other areas outside of our delivery zone. 

 

 

Delivery fees are $1.50 per mile ($15 minimum) from our studio located at: 800 Serenoa Road, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. 32459

 

There are NEVER any added labor fees or “project styling fees.” Even if we are on site for 8 hours. (and sometimes we are..)

Standard order minimum for delivery and installation is: $300

Holiday order minimum for delivery and installation is: $500 

(Easter Weekend, 4th Of July Weekend, New Years Eve etc.)

 

There is NO MINIMUM for pick up or grab & go orders.

There are several ways we can enhance your balloon decor and make it unique to your theme and color scheme. 


Some of our favorite items to add to balloon decor include Greenery, Florals, Bows and Ribbons, Streamers, Custom Decals, Specialty Foil Balloons (icons, shapes, starbursts), custom printables and cutouts, inflatables, and more.


Once your event is booked we will suggest add on options that fit your theme and overall aesthetic.

It is NEVER to early to book your event. We only commit to 4-5 installations a day so as soon as you have your event date nailed down you should reach out to us.

 

 

We have a quick “save the date” booking process that lets you hold your spot for just $25. This means we will turn away other customers and your date will be secured on our calendar. You don’t even need all the details yet. I promise we will work on the fun stuff later!

 

 

We hate saying NO to anyone so we encourage you to save your date first and worry about design details second.

Of course! You are not required to schedule delivery. Shop our Grab & Go options or online store anytime. Both of those options allow you to select a pick up time during check out so we can have your order ready and waiting for you.

Our studio is closed to the public. Pre-paid pick up orders are only available Wednesday – Saturday with a scheduled appointment.


Shop online 24/7 and then select your preferred pick up time during check out. This way we can have your order ready and waiting for ya!

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate this request. This is NOT because we don’t want to help; we just need to reserve the helium we have on hand for our booked clients and retail customers. 

 

 

We prefer to work with high quality materials from reputable balloon providers and do not offer an Amazon or Etsy balloon garland kit inflation or styling service at this time.

Although this can vary based on the balloon type and environment here is a general rule of thumb:

 

Helium Latex Balloons: 2-3 Days

Helium Jumbo Balloons: 5-7 Days

Helium Foil Balloons: 5-7 Days

 

 

Air Filled Balloons (INSIDE): weeks and months

Air Filled Balloons (OUTSIDE): Unknown

 

 

Balloons displayed outside GENERALLY last up to 24 hours in ideal conditions. Ideal means a covered porch or shaded area without direct sunlight. 

 

Direct sun and temperature fluctuations will have an adverse effect on balloons outside. We recommend setting up any balloon decor outside as late as possible before the event starts as well as placing them in a shaded and covered area for best results.  

 

Unfortunately we DO NOT guarantee any outdoor balloon decor for any length of time.

We do not return to clean up your decor UNLESS you have rental items that need to be picked up. At that time if we are able to fit the balloons in our vehicle we will take them. If not we will leave them for you to clean up.

 

If you do not have rental items but you really want us to return to  clean up and dispose of your decor we do offer a clean up service for $100. Please let us know in advance if you will require that service.
