SECURE SHOPPING:

This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. Our checkout page is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry. All payments are processed on an SSL secure server and are authorized in real time through our payment processor. We do not have direct access to your credit card information and your credit card data is never stored within our database.


Please note: Email is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email.


SALES TAX:

7% Sales tax will be applied to orders that are picked up or shipped within Florida.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Currently we only ship orders to locations within the US. We can also ship to any APO/FPO address or PO Box. To simplify the process we have developed the following standard delivery shipping chart. Most packages are shipping Fedex or USPS based on best rates to your location. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Standard delivery will take 5-7 days.


RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer returns on shipped balloons. We only offer returns on packaged party goods and accessories. To begin the return process just check to make sure your item is eligible for a return using the guidelines below. 


Returns need to be made within 7 days of delivery and must include a copy of your order receipt.

Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging unaltered.

We cannot accept returns on balloons or clearance merchandise.Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Mingle is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Mingle reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resalable.


Missing Or Damaged Goods:

If you received damaged or defective items, please contact us so we can take care of it! We will quickly replace or refund the item to your satisfaction. 


If you suspect your package is missing, please contact us so we can investigate. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or missing packages but we will do all we can to track it down. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and up to date.


Modifying Orders That Have Not Shipped

In an effort to ship your order in a timely manner the ability to cancel or modify an order is not always available. If you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at 1-850-399-4040 within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


  • Address Change: We will do our best to accommodate any address change requests if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Cancel/Add Items: This option may be available depending on how far along our warehouse is with your order.

Did you receive an order cancellation notice? Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email. Mingle reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability status changes.


PRICING POLICY

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
